We believe that trust is the fundamental basis of our business; so first we would like to introduce ourselves to you.

Before moving to Spain I, Vladimir Nefiodov, lived in Germany and Britain for a total of thirty years. There I worked, in different enterprises, as a sales manager for Russia, the former Soviet republics and Eastern Europe.
My wife, Galina Nefiodova, was born in Moscow . As the daughter of a Russian diplomat, Galina spent several years in London and New York before returning to Moscow, where she studied Economics at university. For many years she worked at the Patent Office of the Russian Chamber of Commerce. Now, together, we run Alegria Properties S.L. Ilya Nefiodov, our youngest son, was born in Germany. His native languages are Russian and German. At school he is also learning English, French and Spanish. He loves to play tennis and foot ball and, while he claims he doesn’t like it, he is a very accomplished piano player.
We are glad to offer you the full service on the Coast either you want to sell or to buy a property.
